Monevo announces sale to TransUnion
Global insights and information company TransUnion has signed an agreement to purchase a majority ownership stake in Monevo from Quint Group. TransUnion already owned 30% of the equity of Monevo after acquiring a minority stake in 2021.

Seb is a highly strategic proven leader in the online space. At Quint, Seb leads the Group's international development and expansion and currently oversees the Group's businesses in Australia. Before joining Quint, Seb was Head of International Markets at Full Tilt Poker, and previously held leadership roles at BWIN and Microsoft.
